Check out UW. Cyler Miles and Jeff Lindquist are mobile, and have strong arms

Louisville Teddy Bridgewater is a 99 if you keep him around until his senior year.

Indiana, believe it or not! A young team. Lots of talent on defense. Their sophomore QB Tre Roberson is quite mobile and starts rated as 75 OVR; 81/77 THP/THA, 82 SPD.

Oklahoma State. In real life they had 3 qb's that threw over 2,000 yards last year. All of them have different styles also. If you download accurate rosters, I think Lunt, who's a freshman, is around 82 or so. Clint Chelf, who's a redshirt junior, is at 80 or so, and JW Walsh, who's a redshirt freshman, is like 78 or 76

UGA just signed Bryce Ramsey who should come in as a Freshman with a 75+ rating in the new game.

Good recommendation here. Having three youngsters competing for the job can make things interesting in Dynasty to see who ultimately wins the job.
