I also think this is a great feature. I just don't enjoy recruiting. A season mode with tracked stats is right up my ally. Guess I'm just weird.

Yep. If NCAA 14 has one problem, it's that I sit and watch the screen more in it than any other game. Frak, just starting it up means trying to skip TWO opening videos that sandwich the unskippable EA teaser. Then more waiting, hitting start, choosing a drive, waiting for preferences to load.

So I hope they scrap that BS, too.

And the constant loading at every screen. And they know what is going on, because the game calls home incessantly. If I'm downloading a demo or something while playing an EA sports game, it stops and starts over and over and over.

Mostly, I just wish EA would try to do less sometimes.

Honestly, I don't play dynasty mode either.

I tend to do one year and then be done with it because the game doesn't hold my attention span.

A season mode with a playoff option added after the season would be great IMO.

Well I feel Road to Glory, Online Dynasty and Mascot Mode are a waste of space, but I don't have an issue with them being in the game because many ppl enjoy those modes.

I disagree. Simming does take too long.

While I see both of your points as I dont care for a couple of those modes either, none of them have another game mode that are basically the same thing.

Can you use mascots in any other game mode?
Is something similar to Online Dynasties possible in any other game mode?
Etc

There's really almost no need for a season mode when you can just as easily play one season in dynasty mmode while ignoring recruiting
