I've been to Clemson to watch a game and the atmosphere wasn't great. It was on par with UNC.

Oklahoma State has a fun stadium, especially if you have accurate custom stadium sounds like when they play jump around and never been to spain

Two stadiums I haven't seen yet, and are somewhat unique: Syracuse and Idaho. I wouldn't go so far as to recommend playing as them, but definitely schedule a non-con to see their respective stadiums. Carrier Dome is a blast to play at, and the Kibbie Dome makes you feel like you're playing in a basketball arena (mostly because it is).
