Re: NCAA Football 14 Top 25 predicting?

EDIT: just ignore this. I realized I goofed quite a bit and left out Florida State and don't feel like re doing everything. carry on.

as much as I hate to say it, especially after recent news, ND will likely be #3. Ill fill in the rest.

1.Alabama
2.Ohio State
3.Notre Dame
4.Texas A&M
5,Georgia
6.Oregon
7.Stanford
8.South Carolina
9.Clemson
10.Florida
11.Louisville
12.LSU
13.Oklahoma
14.Boise State
15.Texas
16.Oklahoma State
17.TCU
18.Wisconsin
19.Michigan
20.Oregon State
21.Kansas State
22.Nebraska
23.Fresno State
24.Arizona State
25.USC/ Vanderbilt/ UCLA

Id be much happier if Notre Dame and Oregon were swapped, shouldve been that way from the start. lol.

Here is the deal with Vanderbilt. Last year they went 9-4. Their SEC schedule was:

South Carolina L
Georgia L
Missouri W
Florida L
Auburn W
Kentucky W
Ole Miss W
Tennessee W

They lost to the 3 top teams from the SEC East in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Those are all games they have again this season and will more than likely all results in losses again this season.

Out of the West they avoided Alabama, LSU, and Texas A&M.

This year Vandy drops Auburn from the West and picks up A&M. There is a win traded for an extra loss. Ole Miss in the first game of the season is by no means an easy win after the momentum they had at the end of last season and a solid recruiting class coming in. Then by the end of the season, Tennessee will have a decent chance at getting back on the right track under Butch Jones. Obviously both games should be considered toss ups, but they won't be automatic W's by any stretch! And watch out for Mizzou with their quarterback coming back from injury this season.

I see Vandy at 8-4 best case scenario with a possibility to drop to 5-7 losing to Ole Miss, Missouri, and Tennessee worst case scenario.

Do people really think OSU is the number 2 team in the whole country?

They have to be the least proven team in the top 10. I'm guessing the ranking comes from a undefeated season an there upcoming marshmallow of a schedule because there is no way you could say they are clear cut #2 team in all the land.

You got steamrolled by Louisville. Need I say more? Still upset after losing Urban Meyer. Florida shouldn't be in the top 10.

SEC fans have no room to talk on marshmallow schedules, when most of y'all play at least 1 fcs school and some play 2! Pah! Also when the bottoms 8 members of your league went 0-30 and against the top 6...pathetic....I'm Not Denying the SEC has at least the top school (Alabama) each year and the rest of the top two or three is strong, Not better than every other team in the country strong; but really the SEC is Rinding Bamas bandwagon...

Bama- 3
Florida- 2
LSU- 2
Auburn- 1

It's all Bama for sure . They have owned the past few years but the I get tired of people acting like we have been riding them the whole time.

There's a reason we win it every year an run over OU, OSU, ect it because football is just tougher in the SEC no way to explain it.

Anyway were off track. I'm done with this part of the thread
