i need the new roster but have trouble finding it, help?

OS has created a separate forum for both downloading and discussing roster files: the Rosters and Downloads Forum. If you look in that forum, you'll find a general thread for discussing NCAA Roster Files, as well as individual threads for each roster file we host.

There is also a FAQ available that should answer all your questions about the Action Replay and the Sharkport/X-Port.

All discussion of roster files belongs in that forum.
