Will there be an upgrade on the coaching carousel?

I'm not sure about you guys, but a coaching carousel upgrade is make or break in terms of whether or not I buy the new game.

I think they revamped how coaches are graded, which shoul cut down on the bad hires/fires

I get your frustration, but it sounds like you do have some input in the type of coordinator you get. From the quote, it appears that there is some chance involved, but apparently your HC level influences the level the coordinator your school hires. Also, you can reallocate that coordinator's skills, so you can essentially match the coach's skills with what type of team you Have/want. So while it isn't total control, the type of coordinator you have is both directly and indirectly selected by you.
