I'm usually a teambuilder guy 1st 2nd and 3rd, but with so many FCS teams moving up recently I think I'll be spending some time with them especially UMass since I have connections there and I never got around to using them last year

I like to start from the bottom and work my way up into my dream job. And for some reason, I've got this ridiculous love for UL Monroe, so my last career went like this.

Year 1 - 3: UL Monroe| Offensive Coordinator
Year 4 - 8: UL Monroe| Head Coach
Year 9 - Present(11): Univ. of Texas| Head Coach

I wouldn't mind following in that exact same path when 14 comes out. I love starting off as an Offensive Coordinator, earning Head Coaching jobs across the nation but out of loyalty sticking with small-town Uni in UL Monroe. Then becoming their Head Coach after my former boss leaves for a better job or retires. Then after helping build the program into a legitimate contender, taking the position with my alma mater and living the dream.

So I imagine I'll start off with UL Monroe again. However, I would like to get some playing time in with Texas State now that they'll have their actual stadium. And I really like Minnesota's new uniforms (Unveiled Last Year), so I may make a stop up there as well. No matter what, it typically ends with me coaching the boys in burnt orange.

Considering starting out as a DC at Southern Miss. Winless last year and whoever made up their September schedule this year is not a friend of the program. @ Nebraska, @ Arkansas, @ Boise State. Should be a nice challenge.
