In NCAA 14, you can place your coach skills and rearrange them at the end of each season. In the spirit of realism, I have decided that once I assign a skill point, I am stuck with it, and I will hold myself to never change it, Same goes for my coordinators. But I was wondering what all of you guys think? Will you change your coach skills based on what you need to address in a season? or will you assign a point, and keep it there for the remainder of your career? I love to hear public opinion!

For my offline I'll never respec my HC points. I'm also trying to convince my OD guys to have the "no respecs allowed" flag turned on so no one there can either. That's the most realistic way to do it.

However, since we can't hire our own coordinators, I'll respec any new OCs and DCs that I get 1 time when they join my team because, for example, I'd never hire a pass first OC in the first place. Outside of that 1st respec, I'll never respec my coordinators either.

Yeah, im going to go ahead and change my CO's skills, based on the fact that I believe some of the skills will be assigned to the coaches rather awkwardly/unbalanced.

Unless the skills have a complete urgent effect, then some of the skills in the game arent that important, and some are could be overpowered. But we have to play the game and see tho.

Like NFL Head Coach, 09, my favorite NFL game so far (Madden 14?), I will not be able to change my coach skills.

I don't mean to completely rip apart your argument, because there are a couple good words in there, but that is not very realistic. You're putting D ick Saban and Randy Edsall on the same level.
