What dynasty team to choose?

Hey guys I'm looking for a team with a Junior or younger RB that is super fast and athletic. I'd prefer the team not to be a powerhouse because I want to start small. Also if anybody knows of a team with a player like that could you tell me if their QB is mobile.

I mean you could just go look at the top 10 players of each rosters. But I'm not entirely sure of those QBs not in power houses. Sorry about that part.

If Baylor wasn't overrated I would tell you them, but they're 90 overall. Lache Seastrunk may be the best RB in the country.

SDSU. Adam Muema is a JR. Dingwell is very mobile. I see you have a Boise avatar so I'm sure you saw them last season.

However you'd face Boise in the MwC so that may hold you back but they fit your description

Try army their running back maples is a monster and their QB is mobile

Marshall has two RBs that are sophmores that are really good, then ai think two more that are juniors. MUs QB runs sometimes, but slides alot.

I dunno why I didn't mention it, but Georgia Tech has 2 good HB's in Robby Godhigh (RS JR) BJ Bostic (RS JR) And then Vad Lee and Justin Thomas RS SO and RS FR who are probably 88+ speed.

Probably don't wanna run the option though.

Maybe Zona or ASU? Kadeem Carey (Zona's back) ran for almost 2000 last year and I THINK he's a junior.
