That smoke screen hot route is nasty. Hitch in the slot is nice too. Good stuff

yeah im loving the smoke screen.. teams do that so often im glad they finally added it. also HOT ROUTE FLATS are amazing ive been waiting for this forever. when they first talked about replacing the slant out in m12 i was praying that was the route.

i like how its only the inside WRs/TEs that can do it too. an outside WR would never run a flat and i could see how it could get glitchy in the game.

Your receiver will extend or shorten their route to break / cut right at the first down marker. For example, you can extend a 7 yard out to a 10 yard out or shorten an 8 yard hitch to a 4 yard one depending on your down and distance.

It's an option route. IE. the HB has 2+ (I've only tried it once and it was 2 options) choices to run.

That's been in NCAA games forever. It has the receiver run the route (if applicable, IE. ins, outs, curls, comebacks) to the 1st down marker. This is a great way to extend routes (if it was supposed to be short of the 1st down marker) or shorten routes (if it was supposed to go past it).
