Dynasty- How Often?

Longest I've stayed at a place is Washington State for 10 years. And Zona for 9.

Well at UK, I'm expecting my D to be better than my O with our lack of playmakers suited for the Air Raid so I'm hoping I don't fail them haha. However, that's what recruiting is for. I'll reach into Ohio and Florida and nab me some explosive weapons, a la the new UK coaching staff!

I've always started off as an OC since that became an option back with NCAA 12. I usually stay there 2+ years until a HC job offer at a school that I'm interested in comes along.

That being said, I always have an "ultimate goal" which is a job at a specific school (like Notre Dame) and will jump from HC position to HC position in the meantime (I hate staying in one place for too long unless I absolutely love it, must have inherited my grandfather's fear of becoming "stagnant").
