NCAA 14 release date question... Canada vs USA?

I see on all US websites, the release date is July 9th, yet the Canadian Gamestop/EB Games website lists July 31st as the release date. I just called my local EB Games here in Canada, and the clerk confirmed their release date as July 31st.

So it seems that for the first time in nearly 10 years, the US and Canada release dates for NCAA are different. Can someone possibly confirm if this is the case? And if so, does anyone know why?

If us Canadians truly aren't getting this until the 31st, I just might have to make a day trip down to Sandpoint, Idaho (about 3 hours away) on July 9th to pick it up.

I think the Gamestop date is wrong. The clerk you spoke to just checked his system and gave you the date in there. Amazon.ca and Future Shop both list July 9th as the release date.
