Is Coaching Carousel/Contracts a Good Idea for OD's?

I'm not sure if its possible to even have coaching carousel on in online dynasties (I didn't get 13) but I've always loved that idea. Me and a community of friends are preparing for our NCAA OD, and we're all over the place as far as team selection in which we start out as 3* programs and either work our way up to another program, or stay with our current program.

However, for some odd reason, OD's are still only 12 users (which is ridiculously mind-boggling) and we do have a waiting list which sucks. If you were to get fired from your program, your spot would then be given to another user, and you would have to wait on the waiting list, sounds like a lot of fun.

One of the users though said having coach contracts or coaching carousel on causes problems because the logic is stupid and you could get fired for not meeting small goals or whatever the case might be. I don't want to have a user take over Cal and improve each of his first 3 seasons and get fired because he didn't beat Stanford in his last season. Would anyone have any more information on this, or any experience? Would we still be able to use CC/contracts, or is the logic still a little on the dumb side?

Its supposed to be improved i believe. Wont get fired for those little goals as often i dont think. But since you would have someone that can control things. If someone does get fired for a goal you believe is un fair then you could just put that user back with the team.

One problem with not having coaching contracts on is that your coach prestige rating never improved. So if you created a new coach, it was stuck at a D or D+, which sucks for recruiting. If they did not fix that for this year, I can see it being more of a problem if you wanted a recruit and that was a dealbreaker.
