No, not really. If they didn't sell Madden here, that would be like not selling FIFA in the US, but Madden is sold regularly in Europe, it's just NCAA they don't publish here, college sports don't exactly have a huge following outside of the US.

yeah, madden is actually sold well over in europe, certainly in the UK. college football isn't quite as popular though, as has been said. shame really.

If I remember correct. It all has to do with when Sony updates the store. They do it on Japan time which is why we end up with games releasing at night.
