I just got my system back from repair & am trying to download all DLC to my console for each game I own

Well I am using my vita account to hold all psn store items I buy.

Well I downloaded the other uni packs just fine after buying them.

But I go to download the free uniform update pack that updates like Texas a &m unis & I keep getting an error saying its unavailable at this time.

Yet after buying the others & downloading them I get the same message yet I got them unis in game.

Is anyone else having this issue & if so how did u get it to work if u did please help!! Thanks
