Differences in punt block effectiveness

Is it just me or do EA have all out punt block and punt return safe man backwards ? When you call punt return safe man, 2 and sometimes 3 of your defenders break free right up the middle of the CPU's offensive line coming pretty close to blocking the punter's punt.

However you use punt return regular or all out punt block and nobody breaks free up the middle or even come close to the punter. Try it out. You call punt return safe man and the middle of the CPU offensive line just comes wide open. But use any of the other punt return formations or all out punt block, your defenders get stone walled up the middle like they ran into an invisible wall.
