You have to load up the game, go into UT, go to Settings, then Redeem Code.

I am getting the same issue with the Walmart code not coming. I input the code at zreward site and i got an email with the VUDU but not the BIG 12 pack. I am getting 2 emails, one with more VUDU info and this:

"Thank you for registering your card for "NCAA 2014" at zreward. com. We have verified your card purchase and you will receive the following bonus:

$4.99 VUDU Movie Credits available now

Its been about 14 hours and still no other emails.
