Random games to test sliders/realism -

[Nextel Husker]

The game feels better with the ten minute quarters, although statistically I'm not there yet. I was WF @ UVA and they were pretty even teams. I got a pick six which kind of skewed the final score, and they got a hail mary long pass at the end [no TD] to kind of pad their pass yardage. CPU comp % is still too high but they'd be ineffective if it wasn't so high. I think I'm still going to tone down my QBA but for the most part, UVA moved the ball better than I did, 412-290 total yardage edge.

Well I'm kind of at a loss. With relatively equal teams, I cannot get the CPU to keep it close with me. I was just BYU and beat ASU 26-16, although the game wasn't really in doubt. I can't get the CPU offense to put up many points, unless I'm really overmatched. I'm going to crank down my offense some more and really bump their offense. Maybe I need to consider moving the difficulty of my defense to Heisman instead of All American, but leaving my offense on AA. We'll see. The stats:

I finally got completely destroyed and never once did it feel wrong. I really struggled on offense but it's one of those things where it was my fault instead of some weird game goof. The YPC Tenn had was a lot due to two really long runs. Is it weird for it to feel good to lose?

Same slider set as my 55-0 loss to Tennessee with Pitt. This one played out totally differently. The randomness of many of these games is refreshing. I'm going to play a couple more with this set and if it's still playing nice, it'll be about time to start the dynasty. Still too few penalties though.

Other than the fact I sacked them too many times on the last two drives, this game was excellent. It was in doubt the whole way and if I didn't blitz they'd gash me on the ground. Nice to see a close game between pretty even teams. The one thing I'm wondering now is if I play as a slight underdog, am I going to get killed?

Pretty realistic game but I'm wondering if I'm not getting enough offense. Especially by the CPU. I will turn down my HUM pass rush but all in all these recent games have felt very realistic to me. Do you guys see anything way off, statistically? I'm thinking less sacks will help with offensive rushing numbers for the CPU.

Thanks, BAH. I haven't posted them over there yet because they weren't very accurate early on. I'm about to post them in that forum though because I'm feeling they are closer to realistic. I"ll have them over there within the next 24 hours or so I think.
