I just bump it up to 6 minutes on normal speed. It's enough to get pretty realistic stats for my liking.

I'm playing on All American difficulty for all units. I was doing nine minute quarters on slow speed, but now I've moved to ten minute quarters on slow speed. I have played all sorts of games with all kinds of mixtures of teams. My average score is:

Me: 21.4
CPU: 18.1

I'm not having the huge offensive games everyone else is. In fact, I've been ramping up the the AA sliders in favor of the CPU's offense.

This is what I've been doing too. I know in cpu vs cpu games I can get stats that are comparable to the rest of the nation. I don't really like games that last as long as a real game.

7 min. seems to be the correct time when super simming a game for a minimum 120 plays per game.
