NCAA 14 - purchase or not?

I'm trying to decide if NCAA 14 warrants a purchase. In reading through several threads, there seems to be lots of positives and lots of negative comments regarding the game.

My big concern is all the bugs, glitches, freezes, etc that seems to be the "norm" with EA sports games. I'm really taken back by all the issues being reported with with NCAA 14, considering all the favorable reviews/impressions it was given prior to release. ???

I already have two EA titles that freeze or lock up my system. I'd really prefer to not purchase a 3rd. Maybe waiting to see if a patch is forthcoming is the prudent thing to do?

There's a demo to try and an impressions thread. Not much more needs to be said aside from that. If freezing was a big problem there'd be a big thread about it.
