Recruits don't seem to sign.

Yes, offering scholarships is the 1st thing I have always done. It use to happen in the one last year where a player would drag it out. This year more players drag it out.

I have seen it as well, however for me, they were guys I found mid season and although I was ahead, their bar wasn't even close to full, so they didn't sign anywhere.

I just pretended that they were Academic DNQ's. If you fill up the interest bar, you shouldn't have to worry about it.

Try not offering them the scholarship right away. I'm waiting for my guys to come on their visits, and offering them either the week they come or the week after. I feel like it could work like the visits, with the later ones being more important. I think waiting till later to offer them could also get you a few more insta-commits.

Having all 35 recruits on your recruiting board could also play a role in them not signing, because you can't give to many points, too very many players. I just try to sign the amount of seniors I lose during the season then once I get to that I will just focus in on a select few players that I REALLY want.

Unless you have developed the insta commit skill in the recruiting skill tree you will not get any insta commits. Out of the box the only one with the skill is Saban
