Recruits don't seem to sign.
I am a OC 1st for South Bama and then moved to USF. I have gotten some really good recruits but not nearly as many as I should. I have been up 1000s on the second team. Blowing the other teams out for a season yet the guys don't sign. I may get like 10 recruits and the cpu does the rest in off season because they don't sign at that time either.

Could it be because I am the OC? I have not done a separate hc one yet.

This seems like a really stupid question but it's probably best to get through the obvious questions first. Are you making sure that you've offered them scholarships?

Yes you can. Under house rules right under difficulty selection.

Why do we have to keep going over this? There is no recruiting difficulty setting this year.
