Can NCAA14 be downloaded to PS3 HDD like 360?

Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid post or if it's been asked already, I could not find anything in the forums about this.

Is there a way to download the contents of NCAA14 from the disc to the hdd like the 360 does? This year I bought NCAA14 on PS3 as I traded in my 360 for a down payment on the PS4. and noticed that the game is not as smooth or responsive as it is on the 360. or is there some settings I need to change for a smoother game?
