Still no chain gang on NCAA 14? You've got to be kidding me. This was standard 10 years ago. Not even first down / LOS markers on the sidelines?

Call me crazy but I can't play an NCAA game without the chain gang. I mean honestly. Over a decade ago, we were playing NCAA games and the funniest thing about it was the chain gang. not only having them modeled on the sidelines, but actually running into them and knocking then over.

Pure comedy. They also provided a level of authenticity to the product. Everything that was in a real game was in the game. If it's in the game, it's in the game, or was in the game.

But see, you're taking nostalgia to the extreme. ambulances driving on the field were cheesy, and didn't happen in real life. they were great don't get me wrong but no one expects that from modern games. the chain gang is an actual part of a football game. the sidelines look empty on 360 / PS3. you can tell something obvious is missing from the game.

I remember how in NCAA 2004 you could actually see the official throw the flag when a penalty occurred

Clearly, for whatever reason, EA simply missed the mark this gen. While there are more glaring issues in this game than the omission of the chain gang and first down markers, it DOES highlight how this series is missing many of the little things that once made it special.

I literally didnt even notice... I play the game not gaze at the sidelines
