It seems that once I the commissioner force myself to stay at the current school the other human coaches get no offers.....am I missing a step? Is it forcing everyone to stay?

OK we have simulated 3 seasons and every year after the commissioner selects his new contract nobody else in the dynasty gets an offer.....is this broken?

This has never happened to me in an online dynasty. I know the commish can force other human players to stay with his or her current contract. Usually when the dynasty enters the carousel mode the commish of our dynasty just tells the cpu he wants to stay by selecting that option from his first job offer. The carousel then moves on to the next human player. The dynasty I am in now is NCAA 13 on ps3.

yes it worked fine in 13, but its the new NCAA 14 that seems to have an issue where its not letting any other user controlled coaches select after the commissioner makes his choice.
