I've been running 9 minute quarters for the last couple of years, but am considering 10 to get my ypg where I think they should be for '14.

I use 8 which seems to be a sweet spot for a lot of players. Since most team use no huddle.

I use 7. I avg about 120 yards rushing per game and about 350 yards passing per game. I have played about 40 games as an OC. I feel at 7 mins I can control the game if I want to and still get decent stats.

7 minutes in CPU vs CPU mode, and I like the stats I'm getting with it.

9 minutes for me for the last several years. I usually see 110-120 plays per game with this. Maybe up to 130 if I am up against a no huddle offense.
