What formation is goal line fade in?

if you're too far away from the goal line it'll turn the fade into a streak that sort of tails off and head to the sidelines. If youre within about 10ish yards it'll be a proper fade.

What's the best way to execute the fade anyways? I've struggled with this.

From my experience with last years game, snap the ball and then tap the button of the receiver and use precision passing to throw it higher.
