Online Dynasty CC

Me and my friend are having an issue with the coaching carousel in online dynasty and I was wondering if others are experiencing the problem / have a workaround. When we get to the point in the offseason where we can sign an extension / find another team, as soon as the commish of the dynasty signs a contract, all the other positions fill and the other people in the dynasty are stuck where they are. Idk if this is a glitch or not, but hopefully it gets fixed asap, because online dynasty is the only game mode I play. Thanks.
