im somewhat glad that this yr gameplzy is a lot more smooth and less buggy

but still navigating menus and managing roster is painful

esp scrolling down roster is like moving in 10 fps

and for question can i set recruiting difficulty separated from gameplay difficulty like last yrs game?

I also have a question. A stupid question. Sorry I can't create a post because of privileges.

When starting an OD, it asked if "reset coaching tree at the end of the year" or something to that degree. Does that mean it WILL reset it or it will you the option to reset it? Thank you

You have the option to reset it. It wouldn't matter if it did reset it automatically anyway, as you could just pick the same skills all over again.
