I am in my OD and we just finished wk 11. How does someone gain +1245 on you without even having a guy in for a visit? The CPU just did this to me too, gained like +1400 on me without the guy even coming in for a visit. Bug or something? Maybe I am missing something that is pretty important..

It sounds like the school that he actually wants to go to has started to recruit him. They probably have huge bonus points for matching his wants, also I believe max recruiting points is 650 per week if you have all three unlocked. They probably also got bonus points for offering him a scholarship. You might be out of luck man, sorry.
