I was curious of the same thing until I convinced someone to stay an extra year and noticed it. I've seen a lot of people inquiring about it. They'll probably figure out a way to add it back in next year somewhere in the new system.

Yeah, I hope your right. It is one my fav features, playing as a small school those promises can make a difference.
