I had an athlete jump +11 from a 68 to a 79.

Biggest bust was probably -7 or so.

I also had an OL go from 70 to 79 +9. I think I sense a theme. Three star who became the best recruit of my first class.

Ive had a lot of guys drop 8.

3* OT 67ovr i was recruiting and after i scouted him he was a gem and jumped 13 points to an 80ovr, go figure that Texas jumped in last minute and stole him away! I hate Texas! lol

For me, I think it was +8 for a Gem, -9 on a bust.

I haven't found any mega gems yet (+10 or greater). For those that have. How rare is it (1 a year maybe more)? where do they most likely pop up (2*, 3*, etc.)?

10 on both ends, gem and bust.

You have a much better chance of finding a high level gem at lower rated prospects like a 1 or 2 star player.

High level busts are random. Obviously highly ranked players seems like a better option to find one, but 3* and higher are pretty evenly distributed among gems and busts.
