doe the game schedule neutral site games in year 2 or at least cowboy kickoffs

It schedules them, but they are broken. For example, I was scheduled for the Cowboy Classic and when I went to play the game it was in my stadium.

In my year 2 of my dynasty as Texas my schedule had me slated to play UCLA in the Cowboys Classic and it was in Cowboys Staduim.

what kind of games are scheduled? hopefully games involved two ranked teams or at least one good ranked team. and no fcs games i hope?...

I created FCS Midwest as neutral game site at Soldier Field... does that count? In my Indiana dynasty btw.
