95 SPD and can play QB - he does play QB. Granted I favor the various option schemes (spread, flex, etc) but he'll have a much bigger impact in that position.

No doubt redshirt him the first year. Then for me he's a QB. His accuracy is not that bad, and in this game QBs can be to accurate anyways. 95 speed for a QB, wow! Run the option, read option, triple option, any kind of option with him. You don't even have to throw it a lot with him.

most of you guys clearly didnt read the OP, he's already been using him this season, so he can't redshirt him lol.

move him to QB full time next year. his accuracy will improve.

I think you are utilizing in the right way given the stat line you gave us. Right now, I wouldn't start him at quarterback with that accuracy rating. He is a guy though you want to have the ball with that great speed and quickness, so I'd use him in a variety of formations and in a lot of positions. In a couple years he will progress into a great quarterback prospect but right out of the gate I'd position him as the do it all athlete/impact player. Keep the defense guessing!

I'd play the guy at QB with that speed and arm. Read options will be beautiful with a guy like that. If you were hurting on D, he could play a soft/coverage corner with good speed, but he can't tackle so that's a liability.

Just get used to recruiting ATH's to play QB if you want dual threats. I cannot stand recruiting Scrambling or Balanced QB's, they all seem to crash into the ocean after scouting. I can generally go find 2-3 elite running QB prospects with higher accuracy and throwing power out of the ATH group every year.

linked question

ive never done it in 13 or 14 but can you choose to not pick a position for an ATH, then red shirt then choose the following season? im guessing that way more ratings improve?

I'm fairly sure if you don't assign the ATH a position, the game will still auto-assign him where the CPU feels is best. You could assign him somewhere, redshirt him, then move him somewhere else in Year 2 but he will have progressed as whatever you assign him at in Year 1.
