We just finished our first year of an online dynasty and I was hoping you guys could help me out. Can we adjust the teams in some of the conferences to reflect how the conferences will look? Or did we need to do that at the start of the dynasty and we are now SOL?

You will be able to do it in the offseason. It is the last task to do before advancing to the next year of the dynasty.
