So here I am in the midst of an epic battle of two Titans of Collage football. In the red corner we have South Alabama and in the orange corner we have the Fighting Illini. OK so "Titans of Collage Football" maybe not... Any Who!!

Here it is late in the fourth Quarter Illini down by 14 to South Alabama, the Illinois QB drops back and lets go a pass that would make the football god smile with delight.....40 yards down field.... IT COUGHT 1 handed under double coverage. After running over 2 more defenders The Illini Score, the crowd goes wild, then out of no where the band strike a familiar tune, it would seem the South Alabama was playing FSU the whole time..

Yes you heard it here folks the Illini band was playing the FSU Fight Song!!

Just thought this was funny

Were they playing the fight song, or the war chant? Because Illinois has something similar to FSU's war chant that they play during games. Otherwise that's funny.
