This is what I was getting at. I wasn't sure if this was happening. So if a backup gets playing time, he may get a bump in some ratings. And is this permanent, or does it go back down if he doesn't play a game or two?

I've never seen it go down. So I'd say permanent.. It's always to your advantage to play the backups.. Especially RB's... Nothing better than having your #1 back pounding it in the 4th quarter fresh as clean laundry because the backup played some early on.

The rating increase is permanent. Your players can only get better. Now how much depends on playing time. I actually had a highly skilled CB play WR. His awareness was only 40 at WR, but seem like for every game in which he played WR, his awareness at that positive went up by a point.

His AWR goes up by playing QB. That +1 shows up wherever you put him.

If you see +1, put him at K and you'll see a +1 even though he's never played K.
