Im looking for a good team to be in a dynasty. Im trying to keep it at 2 star and under. I just need a team with good stadium, jerseys, fans, atmosphere. Maybe a small team with the most upside.

If you will be posting updates and such I'd suggest being careful with this.
If you win too many game too fast with a small team you will get chastised for setting the game too low (difficulty-wise).

That said, I think Air Force has some sweet uniforms and I'd also suggest UTEP as I like their colors and the fact that they are in Texas will help you in recruiting.

I like UTSA in the Alamadome, plus you get Texas recruiting. Maybe Tulane in the Superdome too.
