Creating a new coach

Can you create a coach mid-season like you could in NCAA 11?

Reason I am asking is because I was fired (after year 1) from Nebraska and really shouldn't have been. I'm hoping to find a way to continue with them as I had a monster recruiting class set to come in and turn things right around but haven't come across anything yet.

If someone knows something, the info would be greatly appreciated.

Just go into Coach info, and there should be an option to create a new coach with the RB/R1 button. Then just set the coach to Nebraska.

If you created a coach and elected to have coaching contracts turned off, is there a way once into the (offline) dynasty to turn contracts on?
