If you change the bowl lineups will they carry over from year to year or do you have to change them every year?

Yes it carries over year to year. Once you set them they will be what ever you selected them to. The only thing I have noticed is you can not add more BCS bowls (ie Cotton and Chick-fil-a which be be included in the 2014).

This might be a dumb question, but can you change the bowls to resemble the playoffs like say 5 years into your dynasty or do you have to do it in your first season?
