"Watch Game" glitch

So in my Dynasty, sometimes at the controller select screen, I move the cursor to the middle to make the CPU play vs the CPU, but I can watch the game. Weird thing happens though. It doesn't use my PB. I see new formations, new plays.. OPTIONS! I don't have a single option in my CPB but when CPU plays vs CPU they're running them like crazy. What the heck?

Any insight?

CPU teams can't use CPBs. If you want your team to use a CPB, start the game as them (so it uses your CPB), and then move the cursor to
the middle during the game so it's CPU v. CPU.

If you want both teams to use a CPB, then you'll need 2 controllers.
