I just found out that in the stiff arm animation when your are battling with the defender, that repeatedly tapping x will occasionally get you out of it to keep running!

This is crazy! Will increase my YPC big time.

That happens from tapping A? I always thought it was just a random (for lack of a better word) animation that would trigger.

I'm pretty sure you're correct. You get the same animation if you just hold A as well.
