Last time a non qb was on was the last year it was on PS when Shaun Alexander(RB from AL) was on the cover. Since then it has been Weinke, Harrington, and Palmer. Danny Wuerffel graced the first NCAA cover for the PS1 followed by Charles Woodson. Ricky Williams followed that one up. SO the breakdown has been 4 qb's 2 rb's 1 wr, 1 DB.

Phillip would have made it look better with his red and white. Other than that i think its an OK choice.
