Cards said that he's done it so it looks like it's possible, but that video is from the day after the game came out (IE. before any patches) and I even said myself that I've done it pre-patches.

I've never blocked a kick. I usually never even try anymore on field goals. I just go FG safe man coverage just in case the CPU tries a fake.

To add to my list of special teams gripes, I love how the CPU frequently attempts 50-60 yard field goals, even when their kicker doesn't have the leg to make one past 45 yards or so.

I mean, it's free field position for me, but it feels so cheap.

Oh, I want to clarify that you won't able to do fg/punt block trick in RTG as non-defense ,but some of teams do use rb for FG/PAT situations. However, I never see offensive player to take part of punt situation.

As for FG block, you need speedy player while you have to memory time between snap and kicker that's when your player will run full speed to block FG/PAT that's why I had only 2 or 3 successfully.

I agree which is why I never take the field position. Instead I call FG return when I know that it'll be short. I then have my returner run out of bounds at the 20 yds line to simulate a punt with a touchback.
