NCAA porting to...?

Hi,

I read somewhere that EA has decided to build NCAA for the XBox first and port to the PS2/GC, rather than the other way around this year. However, I can't find this information now.

Does anyone know about this, or am I confusing this with another game (Madden/ESPN)?

ESPN took this approach this year. I have not heard anything about Madden or NCAA doing the same.

If this is true, and what people have said about NCAA being slow on the 'box is true, then this is bad news. It sounds like the playstation 2 and GC versions were closer to final than the Xbox version shown at e3
