2 on 2 online games was probably my biggest hope for NCAA 2005. It is still possible it will be in, right?

I agree -- NCAA is not getting me excited this year. I like the crowd's impact and expanded rosters, but I was looking for more gameplay enhancements. I'm leaning to sticking with the 2004 version and waiting for the 2006/next-generation console edition.

It would be great if a company developed a top-of-the-line college football sim to compete with EA. Maybe that would spark more enhancements each year like the competition between EA and SEGA with their NFL titles.

Uh I think you misunderstood this thread. This isn't people saying they aren't excited about the game, we are just dissapointed we didn't get more news about it. The game is shaping up to be the best football game of 2005.

Last year I had a folder on my desktop that was nothing but E3 vids. It was over 400MB. Even IGN had a ton of quiktime vids for NCAA. But yeah this year was really lame. Guess we'll just have to wait another month.

I did the same last year. I hope less coverage will mean more surprises this year.

I might be in the same boat, especially if the CPU is still pass happy this year. The new stuff will probably be tempting, but 2 big advantages to sticking with 2004 will be saving $50, and not have to mess around with new sliders and settings.
