Bullet or Toss it up?

I do read the D...problem is the D seems to turn on its "Super Powers" and amazingly catch my much faster receiver before the ball gets to him. Or sometimes they will do the Bionic Man Leap and knock it out of the air at its highest point...or at least thats what it seems like.

Very frusterating. Bout the only way I succeed at passing is to have a fast QB and run around and towards the LOS like im gonna run then stop and throw it up. Sometimes pulls the DB's off my receivers. Other than that its a Crap Shoot. With some very tough Turds...
