i really wish they'd use the real mascots (animals) rather than the costume ones, its really annoying when hook em' is running around opposed to bevo, c'mon get it right, if you ask any longhorn, they don't say their mascot is hook em', its bevo!

Benson is a really good running back. He is a better back than anyone OU currently has except for the incoming freshman who has yet to prove himself, however, I think that that statement that he will make a statement for the heisman was way out of line. I don't think I even have to justify my comment, just look at the past four years.

From what I understand, they couldn't get Bevo to agree to allow EA to use his likeness.

I never said anything about Benson as far as comparing him to OU's backs. I was just messing around with the guy saying that Benson (who done nothing against OU so far) is going to make a case for the Heisman against them this season. Although, IMO, Benson while a good back, is VERY overrated.

I agree, I didn't see anything last year that would lead me to believe he is a Heisman caliber RB.
