Big 12
UT, OU, MU, KSU are upper echelon teams and TTU, A&M, OSU, and NU can play tough with anyone in the country. CU is good from time to time and can sneek up on you but you really don't have to worry about ISU, BU, or KU. Overall though, playing a dynasty in the Big 12 is tough because you're playing a tough game nearly every week.

I gotta give it up to the SEC. LSU (Thank you God, for answering my prayers last year, lol), Georgia, Florida (Chris Leak), Tennessee (Maybe), Auburn (unless they crack like last year), and there are usually two or three other teams that step up and have pretty good years.

When did KSU and MU surpass Nebraska? Hell, when did MU become an upper echelon team? The last time they won 10 games was 1960, last conference championship was 1960, and their last five years are 24-34, a 41% winning percentage, only one winning season, and a 13 point Independance bowl loss. Hell, even Auburn's done better.

Last time I checked missouri was ranked in the top 20 which IMO top 20 out of 117 is upper echelon. Im not talking about MU's history just the team they have now. Also IMO nebraska will have a tough transition year to their new offense that's why they got passed up by KSU and MU teams that are on the up and up.
