EA is literally the worst

So I am in an OD with some friends. 8 of us total and I think we are in season 9-10, and this season has been hell so far. A couple of us "retired" and made new coaches to make it more fun, and none of us are leveling up. Also my OC is a 0 even though he has been a coach for Air Force for 5+ years. Also my friend beat Stanford 27-24 and it saved. I was online when it happened and can confirm it, even on the easports.com/dynasty site it says he won! When I advanced the week it says he lost! WTF?! Anyone else having serious problems with EA?

Coach level glitch is very common, unfortunately I've had no success fixing it.

Another friend won his game and when I went to advance the week it he lost after the week advanced? Anyone know how to fix this?
